Really? For this movie? I can understand for the first film but this was faster paced and there was a sense of urgency throughout. The film also has one of the most beautiful explosions I've ever seen in a film.

My point is if a movie or a show or whatever questions(and even mocks)religion,it doesn't mean it's good or bad.

Those shows are clever satires,while this movie(and I think the book also)question religion,but don't make fun of it.I think Dan Brown,Seth MacFarlane and Trey Parker & Matt Stone just wanted to say "I do this because I can".You know,free speech.

Whatever the problems of this movie are,they have nothing to do with the religious themes.

But those are animated TV series, which people think are only watched by little kids or man-children. This was a live action, major motion picture, which has a larger reach and can have more influence.

I just saw both movies again,and I still don't see why they're considered bad.

This one was better than the previous one.Although I knew how it would end,it was more thrilling,and they spend more on religion rather than creating clues.They're creative,but they don't help the plot to move forward.

I wanted to see this get nominated for Worst Actor for Tom Hanks, or perhaps try again for Worst Director for Ron Howard, but I guess this movie wasn't bad enough by the end of 2009. One question that bothers me is why so many of my classmates liked The Da Vinci Code.
