Star Seeker is still suggesting that this will be a theatrical release that will come out in 2013. Evidently, I Am Legend 2 is also going into production.

Apparently, there was supposed to be a Liberace biopic a few years back with Nicolas Cage as him. Also -- and I'm not making this up -- Seltzerberg (!?!?!?!) was going to direct it. FILE THIS ONE UNDER "BERRY INTERESTING"...Here's a LINK to check out an item from The U.K. claiming that 1987 Best Actor Oscar® winner (and 1992 Worst Actor RAZZIE® nominee) Michael Douglas is in "preliminary talks" with Oscar® winning director Steven Soderbergh to star in a biopic based on the life of flamboyant, candelabra-wielding, sequin-encrusted Vegas superstar Liberace (who died of AIDS in 1987). If the film gets made as now planned, it's said that fellow Oscar® winner Matt Damon is the choice to play Liberace's palimonious partner Scott Thorson...
