Author: Guests
Subject: 156
Posted: January 01 2006 at 5:29am

I’ve seen 33 movies of 2005 so far. I usually watch a few more and make
my final list before the Oscar telecast. But here are my list of the movie's
i've seen (with my comments)
Batman Begins /S
Be Cool /S* (Good sequel, until my brother’s DVD went bonkers on us.)
BEWITCHED /R* (Really good comedy)
Breakfast on Pluto (Uhhh......bizarre)
Brokeback (not Bokeback) Mountain
Broken Flowers (Uhhh......a good bizarre)
Chicken Little /a
Cinderella Man
Coach Carter*
Crash* (better than that deadguy76’s pointless review of this on your
board)
Diary of a Mad Black Woman*
THE DUKES OF HAZZARD /R (I’ll take this over THE RINGER any day. See
below.)
GUESS WHO /R* (Good)
HERBIE: FULLY LOADED /R (Jar-Jar Binks IS a better CGI-actor than the
lame bug)
Hide and Seek*
Hitch*
HOUSE OF WAX* (aka HOUSE OF WHACKS) /R* (Actually a pretty great
horror film, with the exception of Paris Hilton whose scenes border along
the lines of soft porn.)
Hustle and Flow
Kung Fu Hustle /f*
THE LONGEST YARD /R * (Shame on you guys, because this was actually
good.)
Mr. & Mrs. Smith* (I’m glad you got took this off your Razzie
considerations list! This should be considered as a spin-off to “True Lies”)
Munich
Ong Bak: The Thai Warrior /f
Pride & Prejudice / R
Sin City*
Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (Actually a pretty decent final
installment. I’m with the fans in taking this off the Razzie list.)
Syriana
Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride /a
The Up Side of Anger*
Wal-Mart: The High Cost of Low Price /d (if you allow direct-to-DVD titles
on your list, maybe you should nominate LEFT BEHIND: WORLD AT WAR
for a Razzie for worst screenplay.)
WAR OF THE WORLDS /R (Good up until the ending, which should’ve been
changed to Cruise and Fanning both shooting the wife, son, and all their
relatives, said they died in the alien attack, and took up residece with
Katie Holmes. I’m joking around, but the idea sounds better than the
actual product.)
Wedding Crashers
The Wedding Date* (This is the only movie on my list that SHOULD’VE
been considered: Screenplay full of cliché’s, short on time, gets right to
the point, blah, blah, blah, yatta-yatta-yatta, etc.)
XXX:STATE OF THE UNION /S* (Sob! That’s me shedding a tear for the
premature end of a good alternate Bond/hip spy franchise....that is, until
it becomes a STV series)

I am glad you are thinking of nominating THE RINGER, because it looks
like crap. I haven’t seen it yet, but I have NO intention of seeing this filth.
I am a disabled person, and it insults my intelligence to think Johnny
Knoxville can go so LOW as to pretend to be a mentally challenged person
JUST to rig the Special Olympics. Shame on the Farrelly Brothers on
making fun of the mentally challenged, and shame on Johnny Knoxville.
Being a big sensation on the reality show “Jackass” doesn’t say alot about
his character.
