The Teen Choice Awards voting is now open. Among the nominees, there are 4 movies that were Razzie nominees/winners. And there's also a bunch of possible contenders for next year's ceremony.

For the first time in... ever, I'm satisfied with the nominees for the best in drama movies... even if teens probably didn't see most of them. But, for some reason, they've nominated some of 2013 most forgettable titles, such as PEEPLES. Oh, and since when is LES MIS a romantic movie?

Many of them have been saying that it is very badly written, that it glorifies brutal violence and that it is very hateful toward women. This is very disappointing, considering how high the expectations for this film were after the success of Drive...but it's starting to look like Only God Forgives might wind up binge "one of ours!"

Since Seth MacFarlane won't host the Oscars again, and Tina Fey said she might not do it either... Who do you think should host? To avoid risks, I think they should go back to hiring 2 hosts. What say you guys?  

Also, Xbox announced yesterday that the HALO movie isn't happening after all. It'll be a TV series, produced by Steven Spielberg. 

And BEHIND THE CANDELABRA may not be so bad after all. It has just been nominated by the Critics' Choice Awards for Best TV Movie or Mini-Series and twice for Best Actor in a TV Movie or Mini-Series.
