I would love to see the Razzies on TV too -- But I don't have cable, so more like on regular stations. I hoped it would happen by now because I think it's great! The Razzies are to movies what political cartoonists are to politics. They provide constructive criticism in a humorous context. A sort of checks and balances system that, if unchecked, could easily go out of hand. If comedians weren't around to criticize Dubbya, more outrageous, civil rights violating policies would be enforced. Ever since the Patriot act and the NSA wiretapping news, the current administration would go on to invade our mail, Internet, etc.

Same goes for the Razzies: If it weren't for us and the critics, the studios would put out even more crappy movies!

Have the Razzies ever been televised? I would love to see it if it was televised.
I hope no one takes offense at this, but I bet Comedy Central would air the Razzies.

Response from Head RAZZberry: We have actually negotiated with Comedy Central a number of times, and the stumbling block (as with every broadcast entity) is getting the rights to air clips from the nominees and "winners." Since Hollywood actively hates The RAZZIES, no studio is willing to let us show them in a commercial context...
