What can be said, the more money you have on your budget, the better the CGI looks. In retrospect, this movie was merely average. Not among the worst of the worst. I concur, however, that Rodriguez shouldn't make movies for children. This one kinda got kicked in the knickers (or shorts, if you will) by movie-goers: Each theatre showing it fell short of selling even 100 ticket sales per day on opening weekend.

I don't know, but when I think Robert Rodriguez, I think "Sin City", "Once Upon A Time In Mexico", "Planet Terror" and "From Dusk 'Til Dawn". In other words, all these hardcore R-rated action movies.
