Given that it only cost a pittance, the fact that it will likely gross a pittance means it could still make its money back...

Here's a B.O. MoJo LINK to see the day-to-day numbers on SKYLINE, which apparently was not enjoyed by most who've seen it...

This one is dead in the water. The first two days weren't that great, and there was nearly a 50% drop off on Sunday. By Monday they might as well have been giving tickets away. My tongue-in-cheek prediciton that this might hit DVD in time for Christmas might not be that far off.

I have heard from reports that this movie actually costed $20 million, not $10 million. And I'm not kidding, $1 million for filmming the live action, $19 million for adding the CGI!
The Four Horsemen of the Moviepocalypse: uncalled for sequels/remakes/reboots, 3-D surcharges, untalented "celebrities", and anything with Michael Bay's name attached to it.

Aw, man, this movie is a moneymaker?  It only cost $10 million to make, and it's already scored almost $53 million worldwide.

UGH!

And a sequel or two is/are already in the works. There is no justice in Hollywood!

Which is why the brothers Strause deserve a nom this year for Worst Director(s)...
Elizabeth Hartman and Judith Barsi are more talented and beautiful than Scarlett Johansson and Chloe Grace Moretz. Fact.

Worst Supporting Actor: Brendan Fraser/Gimme Shelter and The Nut Job
