I just can't bring myself to go to the movies like I used

to be hoping to cash in on the "success" of the Garfield
movies, and the protagonist, who doesn't talk, will be
voiced by Owen Wilson.

I'll go ahead and cheat and say that it's a Marmaduke movie. A talking Marmaduke movie, at that. I really hope this offends at least ONE other person here. Hard to tell, no one talks to me anymore.

I was trying to think who Marmaduke was all could remember is that he was not only a comic, but I think he was on Saturday Morning Cartoon I think with Heathcliff or something like that

I don't ever remember seeing an animated version of Marmaduke, but I might've just missed it. Basically, he's a big, clumsy Great Dane, and his comics are usually a single frame... adding to the ridiculousness of trying to get an entire story out this all.
I do remember watching a fair amount of Heathcliff when I was young, though.
