Okay, it IS early to already be touting our choices for more than a year from now, but from the description of it in both Entertainment Weakly AND on The IMdB, I think I've spotted An Early Front-Runner for 2006: Samuel L. Jackson in...SNAKES ON A PLANE(!)

In this "brilliant" thriller, helmed by a former stuntman and child actor who's making his directorial debut, a hired assassin aboard a airborne jetliner plots to kill an anti-mob witness...by letting loose a crate full of venomous snakes while in flight(!). Given its airplane setting and hokey-sounding premise, it may be more than a coincidence that director David R. Ellis counts among his previous credits doing stunts on AIRPLANE II!

All this one seems to be missing is Sylvester Stallone as a Male Stewardess (But it DOES have a Slight Sly Connection: Director Ellis appeared as an extra, playing one of Balboa's opponents, in the RAZZIE® Nominated ROCKY III)!!

LINK 2 read the piece from EW on SNAKES (which includes a RAZZIE Reference!)
