I always asumed that Vits chose to not be a member, because when he votes he wants to have seen all the movies on the ballot (out of principles)... and he is unable to see them all because some of the movies haven't been released in Chile by the time that the ballots are mailed (he is also morally against streaming and downloading movies)...

If you meant for Supporting Actor, Swardson should be listed for both JUST GO WITH IT and JACK & JILL (though his role in JILL only gives him minimal screen time, it's more than enough time for him to be grating)...
