Isn't this literally how Ed Wood worked?

Well, at least he added leftover footage to the footage he filmed. We're taking about stringing together a movie based only on the leftover footage.

There is one other critical difference between Wood's films and Stallone's. Wood didn't have two nickels to rub together and there wasn't a legion of mostly brain dead worshippers ready and eager to pay their hard earned cash to see Wood's efforts. In fact, Wood's last film ended up sitting on a shelf gathering dust for most of a decade before anyone ever screened it simply because of financial issues.

Oh...there are actually two differences...Wood's films were so bad they were actually entertaining. Stallone's work is just appalling trash...Stallone worshippers, feel free to take your mono-syllabic shots.

If Alien is fighting Predator, shouldn't Rambo be fighting Terminator?

Rambo should be fighting Rocky....or John McClane.

For some reason this just sparked a VERY weird image in my head... The Terminator rides up on a motorcycle and says, "I love you, Chewbacca" like that one Tony Curtis joke on The Simpsons or whatever cartoon it was on, and then Chewy gets on and goes "Gaawaaaaaaoooohhh" and they ride off into the sunset shooting terminator exo-skeletons with lasers.

I love a happy ending

dEd, I know I've encouiraged you to get back on your meds in the past... I think I may have spoken too hastily. Perhaps it's time to get off the meds.

Besides, Chewbacca was always more of a Rambo wookie, rather then a Terminator Wookie. Although, I think truth be told, he really had a thing for Indiana Jones.

I'm still think that Terminator will be revealed to be a prequel to The Matrix this entire time.

But see, what you've gotta understand, is that Arnold still is talking like the Terminator when he says it, so it's all robotic, et al.

I wonder who would win a robotic, monotone voice contest, Arnold or Keanu Reeves?

I think Arnold is capable of remembering 5 words at a time, whilst Keanu lingers at 4.

From what I heard, "Rambo V' will:
- come out in 2011
- be a less violent than the previous installment(s?)
- may or may not be PG-13

I would assume that Rambo movies are getting to the point where they'd need to tone it down to continue to drag in an audience. And I stress "drag."
