I don't know what the casting director was smoking when they cast Julian McMahon as Dr. Doom, but thanks to their hallucinated genius, one of the greatest comic book villains was reduced to an unrecognizable caricature. McMahon wasn't just bad. He SUCKED. One can only hope that McMahon's *cough*acting*cough* will be rewarded.

Totally agree!


The film would have been so much more enjoyable had they had a different actor in the role.

I wonder if anyone else here knows that they had to modify the role because Julian couldn't do the character's necessary European accent.
