The first trailer for Asghar Farhadi's The Past has been released link... It's one of the films predicted by a lot of bloggers to be part of this years Cannes-selection (others being Inside Llewyn Davis and Only God Forgives)...

Of course he'll keep making bad movies (I am not even convinced that this is his last Human Centipede-movie).... What does this have to do with giving him a disgrace to humanity-award?

I don't trust most computer translate-programs... I find them often lacking in propper translation...

Google Translate is one of the worst online translating tools (that's not me talking). You should use Word Reference.

Well, at least we have another year of no Human Centipede movies, and besides, already got a slew of in the first three months ALONE that are Worst Picture worthy. I am sure Tom Six is one of the... okay, the ONLY person who finds Movie 43 AND InAPPropriate Comedy to be the funniest movies EVER.

Actually, that is a good idea. It will be similar to the award From Justin To Kelly got for its choreography. I know some do not want him even nominated because that will just give him more attention, but that guy deserves some sort of punishment.

I decided to check how far the progress was with my least anticipated movie of the year and I found this little link (It's in Dutch so you probably won't understand it)

They apparently started production on the Human Centipede 3 late (in January) because of a conflict between Dieter Lasser and Tom Sicks and won't be released till next year... Lasser will play another character than he played in the first movie... His character will work together with Laurence Harvey to make a 500 person centipede... I saw the Evil Dead remake last night. It was pretty good -- nowhere near as good as the original one(s), but those set some pretty high standards.
My Grade: B 
 
Interesting note for fellow Razzie members: they played a trailer for Scary Movie 5 before it, and no one laughed...but a few people groaned!!

Kellan Lutz has been cast in a new HERCULES movie, which will be in 3D. He wasn't given anything to do in the entire TWILIGHT saga, so I can't say if he's a good or bad actor. But I don't think the movie will be good anyway, because it'll be directed by Razzie nominee Renny Harlin.

On the same day he posted an update on his future as a reviewer, Roger Ebert has passed away. One way or another, he inspired me -- and every film critic, professional and otherwise

New releases here: WARM BODIES, DE JUEVES A DOMINGO*, MČRES ET FILLES, and, KILLING THEM SOFTLY. What should I do?

Also, Will Arnett has been cast in the new NINJA TURTLES movie. They haven't confirmed which character he'll play, but they said he won't be CASEY JONES. He's not the best actor in the planet, but he's good. Better than some of his confirmed co-stars.

*It's about a family of 4 on a road trip, where the daughter believes the family bond will die by the end of the journey.

Jesse: Since you included JURASSIC PARK, I assume you haven't seen it? You should, but I warn you that the ending might disappoint. You might also want to give TRANCE a chance, because it just got an R.T. consensus, and it's good (though not as good as EVIL DEAD's).

By the way, why is RETURN TO NIM'S ISLAND being released in theaters in Australia, if it's a made-for-TV movie?


RESPONSE from Head RAZZberry: American made-for-TV movies are often released theatrically in foreign territories -- It's another way for the film's makers to recoup their production costs...and, if they're lucky, maybe even make a profit.
