It's small compensation for those of us who resent Disney for charging theatrical prices to see a TV movie, but B.O. MoJo now has a final gross for HSM3, and it's a less-than-expected $89 million ( http://www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=highschoolmusical3.htm - LINK ). Hugely profitable, yes -- But I'm sure it's way less than they anticipated. 

Look for HSM3 merchandise to start showing up in 99-Cent stores around Valentine's Day...

That's not going to stop Disney. They must have the fourth movie already in pre-production, with its all new cast. Ugh! I had no problem with Disney having its finger on the pulse of American animation, but they are making the 'tween scene even more annoying than it already was.
