JOHN WILSON 

Founder/Head RAZZberry, The Golden Raspberry (RAZZIE®) Awards 

As a lifelong inhabitant of Planet Hollywood, http://g-ecx.images-amazon.com/images/G/01/ciu/41/08/2a6a82cb78e10a7f02358f.L._V192262962_.jpg - has seen more than 5,000 movies, many of them in his role as the founder of the Golden Raspberry Award Foundation and creator of the internationally known RAZZIE® Awards, which have dis-honored Worst Achievements in Film since 1980.

He was recently saluted by E!TV as "the foremost authority on all things that suck on the big screen." As the writer/director and publicist for the RAZZIE ceremonies, Wilson has honed the Awards’ public profile and sense of humor by writing the shows’ scripts and press releases, by administering the Foundation’s website (amassing millions of hits a year) and by being the public face of the RAZZIES through radio TV, and print interviews with media from around the world. He was recently a featured commentator in the 2013 TV Guide Network special "Count 'Em Down: Hollywood's 25 Biggest Flops."  

A graduate of UCLA's prestigious motion picture/TV studies program, Wilson has spent decades as a writer, producer, director, publicist and creative consultant for many entertainment industry clients, including Disney, Fox, PBS and the Academy Awards.
