We didn't expect the makers of THE EXPENDABLES -- almost every one of whom is a seasoned RAZZIE® veteran -- to be foolish enough to pre-screen this for crix...

But we did expect, once crix got a load of it, that they'd unload with some of 2010's Most Amusingly Scathing Reviews.

To see if we were right, here's a MetaCritic LINK, and an R.T. LINK to read the reviews for yourself...

R.T. gave it 41%:"It makes good on the old-school action it promises, but given all the talent on display, the film should hit harder".

Richard Roeper gave it a C-:"Also the Predictables, the Forgettables and they kinda look like the Anabolic Steroidables...It's a hyper-violent variation on "Grown-Ups".Why get the band together if you're not going to try an original song?".

Peter Travers gave it * 1/2/****:"It's not the age of the actors that makes the film expendable. It's the stale storytelling".
