Isn't Jon Voight in this movie? If so, he could possibly get another "WORST SUPPORTING ACTOR" nomination. Why is he in these terrible kiddie movies now? He was also in the very terrible "BABY GENIUSES 2". 

Response from Head RAZZberry: Not to worry, we already have Voight on our "short list" for Worst Supporting Actor -- He's listed for this, TRANSFORMERS and (possibly) NATIONAL TREAURE 2 (due out this fall)...

I can't believe Bratz has a positive review from the Hollywood Reporter! Some girl power stuff.

Variety calls Jon Voight terrific if unrecognizable.

My wife wants to take our 5 year old daughter to see this shameful piece of trash, I told her months ago that there was no way that me and my 9 year old son was going to see it, the previews has already left me and my son with partial brain damage, I hate to see what a full 90 minutes would do.

Oh! and here is another shocker, the movie has so far earned a whooping 0% percent at RT. BFF's forever!!! (Bad F$%& Filmmakers forever!)

RAZZ, I think this should be bumped up to a #1 status, This is this year's ZOOM by far.

UPDATE: Well, this movie has gone from 0% to 11% at RT . So much for "The truth will set you free". I was so hoping it would retain its 0% status, it really does deserve it for this year.

If I had to choose between Bratz or Underdog, it would be Bratz paws down by far as #1 dog of the week!

I'm with you guys on this one. Although I thought Jon Voight did a fantastic job in Transformers (I will take this to the grave, I loved that movie, and f**k you all who hated it - hell, even some of Michael Bay's haters loved it), he must have lost a bet to appear in this film. I mean, this is the same kind of estrogen-loaded, cutesy-pootsy chick flick that Hillary Duff would've appeared in. I couldn't even stand to sit through the trailer even - who in their right mind would listen to the headache-inducing lyrics of Pink's "U and Ur Hand" and/or Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend"? WHO? When Linkin Park and My Chemical Romance both have astoundingly better songs that get alot of airplay. I was about to kill myself after listening to those songs!

This and UNDERDOG do look equally lame, but I selected this as #2 Worst New Movie of the Weak mainly because UNDERDOG clearly cost a lot more money (LINK). If I had to guess, I'd estimate the cost of BRATZ as being in the $10-25 million range, while UNDERDOG (with its massive TV campaign) represents an investment in the neighborhood of about $75-125 million.

And, alarming as the idea may be to most of us on this Forum, at least BRATZ has a likely audience: pre-adolescent girls. I challenge anyone to tell me Who on Earth would actually pay money to see a live-action/lame-SFX-laden remake of a medicore, 45-year-old cartoon like UNDERDOG...

Maybe those of you who think BRATZ should have been #1 should take solace in the other implication of BRATZ being labeled #2...

While I agree with you about the cost of each of the movies (Both are in the league of what I already estimated) and BRATZ clearly was to be aimed at our unsuspecting female teenage audience UNDERDOG will be hitting the Super Hero fan base for young kids with it's super SFX and non existent story line. However, the sad truth to your question of who would pay to see UNDERDOG is the same people who will also pay to see BRATZ, and that is the PARENTS! Especially with the Disney logo out on the front of it, Parents are going to probably see that over the trainer bra film BRATZ.

ok to that one person that said this movie is a cross between mean girls and clueless is TOTALLY WRONG! i mean, comeon mean girls is a waaaay better movie and so is clueless. this movie can prbly go straight 2 the trash.

i actually like mean girls and clueless. theyre awesome movies

As of August 3rd at 3:36 PM BRATZ has a 13% rating at Rotten Tomatoes.
