I didn't say I believed her, I'm simply reporting what she said. Like Ted Koppel says, "My job is to report the facts, the truth is harder to come by."

It would explain why Tom got remarried, but why didn't he ever have any kids with Nicole?

because she didn't want to deform her body. or maybe because she is too skinny (it's well known it is difficult to conceive)

But Katie Holmes has the physique of a toothpick and Penelope Cruz was just as skinny. Nicole was 5'11' which would make her look thin when in fact she is much taller than most leading men. If Tom Cruise isn't impotent (you know you've heard the rumor) why didn't any of the other women in his life get pregnant? Maybe it has something to do with the recent release of both War of the Worlds and Batman Begins on DVD.

LOL you know some people believe it's for the DVD release actually! Quite nutty, but I don't know. adopting doesn't mean you can't conceive. Spielberg adopted, then he had biological children.
Brad Pitt never had a baby with his exes, Paltrow now has one, and with Jolie, he adopted. So we can say the same with Pitt, but the difference is that Paltrow is not a bitch like Rogers.
But I heard Cruise didn't want kids with her, 3 months after he married her, he realized the big mistake he made.
It is his uncle who said that, if I'm correct.

Norma -- You should be in politics, because you're really good at changing the subject.

We're not talking about Spielberg or Pitt. We're talking about a wacko Scientologist obsessed with every film making a guaranteed $100 million at the box office. With the impending doom of the theatrical release, A-list actors have to come up with gimmicks to get people to spend 9 bucks to see what the big deal is about. Or else, no more A-list, no more $20 million a movie.

Eh, so I was right to talk about Brad "198 commercials in Japan + the watch one" Pitt (ocean11, ocean 12, troy, mr and mrs smith) and Spielberg (war of the worlds, Jurrasic Park, Jaws).

Come on.
Me neither I don't like Scientology, but at least, he is quite in your face.
Isn't it what the media asked for since 20 years? They always hold hands with the co$. So take that, but for Tom, yes I think he is sick; not cool for him and his kids. Plus Hollywood...


The thing is, I like Cruise very much as an actor, that is his job. I don't care about the rest, as long as he gives me some Magnolia, Jerry Maguire, Collateral and Interview with the Vampire...

I agree about Pitt and Bloom not really being that good, although Eric Bana ( Their co-star in TROY) is turning into a very good actor. I can see why he won the Austrailian equivalent of an Oscar for CHOPPER, and I thought he was  good in TROY and BLACK HAWK DOWN. Also, it wasn't his fault that HULK was a dissapointment.

I do agree. He is handsome too BTW. Let's wait for the next Spielberg...

I've never seen a really good performance from Brad Pitt. Orlando Bloom is only so-so but in Kingdom of Heaven he stood up to the greatest enemy mankind has ever seen... The French  (what, you weren't expecting me to say the Muslims were you?) and he gets bonus points in my book for that.

How come Russell Crowe doesn't get any hate? Didn't he have an affair with a married woman? That's an impeachable offense here in the states. In "movieworld" it's worth $20 million a picture.

As for Orlando, even in Kingdom, that I didn't enjoy so much, when he made this speech, that was weak don't you think?
I was thinking about... Russel! yeah, Maximus, far better.
And it's not because of looks.
 I can see Newman, Redford, Depp, Cruise talent, but Orlando needs a "Born on the Fourth of July" and a "Rain Man". Even a Risky Business.
How old is Orly? 28? Cruise was 20 in Risky.
I compare these two , 'cause someone said "Olri" is the next Cruise
And that is annoying, they are all unique.
I can't stand when people compare De Niro and Pacino like there can't be one without the other! stupid.

Hey Russell how about "originality"? Down on his luck boxer, rises up against insurmountable odds. (Here's my David Spade impression) Yeah I saw this movie... when it was called Million Dollar Baby! I'm surprised this hasn't been up for a special Razzie Award for Least Original Movie Idea. Then again, every movie out this year would be nominated!
