Christmas in Wonderland did not get a single Razzie nomination! Did ANYONE see that movie?! As bad as the movies which received nominations were...none of them can compare to Christmas in Wonderland's amazing poor quality. This is truly sad. This film was very deserving of Worst Picture. 

Response from Head RAZZberry: According to our rules, which are based on those of The Academy of Motion Picture Farts and Scientologists (the people who give out The Little Gold Naked Men) to be eligible for a RAZZIE, a movie must have played at least a one week, regular admission engagement in Los Angeles or New York during the calendar year for which nominations are being considered. Since CHRISTMAS IN WONDERLAND only seems to have played in a handful of theatres in Minnesota (and its grosses aren't even listed on B.O. MoJo) it failed to qualify. By the same token, an equally deserving film, BLONDE AMBITION (starring the astoundingly un-talented Jessica Simpson) which played in a few dozen theatres in and around Bumfart, Texas, also failed to qualify. 

Sorry, but them's the rules...

I feel you answered your question.  Nobody saw it.  It's the same with me and Funny Money.  That was a terrible movie, too, but it only played in four movie theatres, maybe, before its run closed.  Another person was pushing to add Thr3e to our consideration, but nobody saw that Christian horror movie, either.  I've seen the trailer for Christmas in Wonderland, though, and for a very basic comedic premise, it looks like they botched it badly.  At least, though, you can find consolation in that CIW was added to our list for consideration.

Maybe for the 2008 nominations, they should add a category for Worst Movie No One Thankfully Saw...a nomination for truly deserving bad films that received minimal release.

Anyway, I'm out of these forums. I had brief fun.
