Your assessment John Travolta is true. Maybe launch Travolta into the sun? Then we wouldn't piss-off any aliens!

Also, your guess about my opinion on Walt Becker's past movies is true.

How do you feel about VAN WILDER and BUYING THE COW?Let me guess:you disliked the former and has never heard of the latter(nobody has).

Why should aliens suffer?Wasn't enough that he gave them a bad name in BATTLEFIELD EARTH?

Time to rip into an over-ripe piece of dog sh*t!

The good:

Dax Shepard and Luis Guzman's cameo: There two scenes are the only scenes that feel lively.

The bad:

Rita Wilson: Wilson has less than five minutes of screen-time, but makes a big impression. A BAD, big impression; imagine the reverse of Viola Davis in Doubt! In that limited screen-time to gets her fingers jammed in a trunk and ends up the hospital. Fitting.

Walt Becker: The director of this and Wild Hogs needs to be trampled by both dogs and hogs!

Kelly Preston: Usually, I disagree with all the attention she gets from the Razzies. This, on the other hand, is completly justified!

The ugly:

Robin Williams: He hasn't been funny since the 2000 Academy Awards*. This is no different.

John Travolta: Can we launch John Travolta into outer-space? I don't think anyone would mind.

Trying to shoe-horn a PG-13 movie into a PG-rating: I mentioned in the main forum, that I read somewhere that this was supposed to be PG-13, but it bombed with test-audiences, so they re-edited it to be PG. This makes sense because of all the scenes that seem out-of-place (i.e. the viagra joke**) and the LONG time between the finish date and the release date.

God this was bad! I watched Contagion today*** and I'd rather live in that movie's universe than watch this again! Grade: F

Next-up: Cats & Dogs 2!

*he sung Blame Canada from the South Park movie with every Canadian stereotype running around in the backround!
**interestingly enough, that crappy The Pink Panther remake, also, started life as a PG-13 movie, but was edited down to a PG after bad test-screening and had a viagra joke!
***I gave it a B, would have been higher if there was more scenes of Goopy Paltrow in pain!

Remember that scene from Blade Runner where Rutger Hauer jammed his thumbs in the old guy's eyes? That's like watching this movie!

It turns out that, because of the critical and commercial failure of this movie, there won't be a sequel to WILD HOGS.

The music score is the least of the movie's problems. Yes, it's one of the problems, but not the worst among them.
The Four Horsemen of the Moviepocalypse: uncalled for sequels/remakes/reboots, 3-D surcharges, untalented "celebrities", and anything with Michael Bay's name attached to it.

I don't blame you, Vits. The music score sucks.
Pictures move, do they?

I forgot to say I hated the music score. It was a total rip-off of the one from LIAR LIAR.

I just re-watched to make sure I gave it the right rating, which was 5/10.I was right.Except for a few forced laughs* I laughed and laughed and laughed. But because of the predictable plot, silly directing, and a lazy John Travolta(deserved the nomination)you can't help to think the comedy it achieves is just luck.

I'm still against it being nominated for "Worst Picture" and "Worst Supporting Actress".

*Comedy 101:Never show 2 "Hit in the balls" jokes in a row.
