Comparing the box office of some of our contenders,
Dirty Love had the most feeble box office, taking in a
whopping 58 thousand.   

A Sound of Thunder is the movie with the most
RAZZable loss having only made back 7 mil on its 80
mil budget for a loss of 73 mil, far exceeding all
others.   

Here is the world wide box office take (figures
rounded from Box Office MoJo):

1) Stealth          75 mil (budget of 135 mil, ouch!) 
2) House of Wax     70 mil
3) Son of Mask      60 mil
4) Deuce Bigalow II 45 mil
5) Sound of Thunder  7 mil (budget of 80 mil)
6) Alone in the Dark 6 mil
7) Dirty Love       58 thousand (yikes!)

Worst picture? Alone in a Dark lame category all by
itself.

Worst director? Uwe Boll, doing his best Roger
Corman impersonation and succeeding.

Worst sequel or remake? Deuce Bigalow European
Painfully Unfunny Crapfest.

Worst actor? Hayden Christensen, Darth Stiff As A
Board.

Worst actress? Tara Reid, the dumbest brilliant
scientist on the planet.

Worst screenplay? Dirty Love. Jenny McCarthy
makes for a better screenbleeder than screenwriter
judging from her atrocious grocery store menstrual
massacre.

Averaging critics and user ratings, here is how the
list stacks up among our good friends at
metacritic.com. On a scale from 1 - 10, it's a dead
heat for worst between Alone in the Dark and Dirty
Love. Deuce Bigalow runs a close third worst.

#1. Alone in the Dark: 1.2 out of 10
#2. Dirty Love: 1.3 out of 10
#3. Deuce Bigalow: 2.1 out of 10

#4. Sound of Thunder: 2.6
#5. XXX 2: State of the Union: 3.2
#6. Stealth: 3.4
#7. Dukes of Hazzard: 3.8
#8. House of Wax: 4.5
#9. Son of the Mask: 5.1
#10. Aeon Flux: 5.3

War of the Worlds was rated highest among critics
and users with solid ratings of 7.3 and 6.8
respectively. Users who saw Son of the Mask as a
good family kids offering rated it the highest at 8.2.
Critics rated Alone in the Dark and Dirty Love the
worst at a terrible .9 out of 10 each.

In all this, I can't believe nobody nominated Constantine.

I mean, consider what it had going against it...

- It was based off a comic book, but varied wildly from the source material.

- Cheesy CGI over plot and character

- Couldn't keep it's own rules straight (we are told repeatedly demons cannot walk the earth and yet the devil and his minnions seem to have no trouble attacking people physically)

- Keannu Reeves.  'Nuff said!

So after adding over 200 votes to Jamie Kennedy in
less than an hour, the same hackers are back
throwing 40 votes down on Son of the Mask in fifteen
minutes. And after 1 am no less. Son jumps 40
votes and no votes for 11 other movies? That is
beyond see through.   

Has the Razzies been invaded by the bitter Jim
Carrey fan club?   

Mr. Moderator, can you do something about this?

Keanu Reeves is not even alive he's so dull.
At least Jamie Kennedy gets crazy and S.O.M is entertaining even if
it's off the reservation.
Has anyone actually seen Deuce Bigalow?!!!!
They could have fed a third world country with that waste of
money.

I will not be voting for Son of the Mask. Here's why:

1. Deuce Bigalow 2 is the most vulgar, stupid,
cheap and embarrassing comedy I have seen in
years. Although Dirty Love does run a close second.

2. Son of the Mask is a kids movie.

3. Rob Schneider (once funny on SNL) is now a
worn out, desperate comic who needs to stop
littering theatres with garbage.

4. Son of the Mask is a kids movie.

5. The Jim Carrey fans or hackers or whoever in
here who are blatently running up the vote totals on
Jamie Kennedy (as mediocre as he is) and on Son
of the Mask piss me off. Stop trying to manipulate
our coveted razzies.

6. Son of the Mask is a kids movie. Deuce
A-new-low and several other movies intended to
entertain adults suck far worse and are far more
excruciating for their intended audience.

So much for technology") -- I just tested your theory on our "hacker" -- And even as an Administrator on this Forum, it denied me the right to vote again. So whoever our Berry Sneaky Hacker is, he (or she) is not skewing our results through such simple means. Maybe it's one of the backers of SON OF THE MASK, seeking revenge for losing his ass on his investment?!?!?

jamie kennedy and his movie is the not the see good film. Even the previews many said it's bad. Merely its just a movie with no meaning. Its bad story line and the characters were not organized. So it just sucks thats all

Of course that is not the only one that I hate.

Aeon Flux is just bad and no critics know about.

Alone in the Dark is Alone as the Stupid Movie of the year.

Rob Schneider films are always going to be the worst movie list and this year it's Duece Bigblowoff European Gigalo.

By far the worst film besides Son of the Mask is the Dukes of Hazzards. I hate TV remakes and the TV Show itself is not the best and you can watch it like in CMT. Now the movie is somewhat a waste of money.  And Jessica Simpson is dumb and stupid thats what i know what she is.  it wastes my life

Overall, last years movie season is just bad too many remakes and boring sequels which people doesnt watch. So lets hope that 2006 is better and the movie industry is acutally making my money good

I just voted for Deuce Bigalow 10 times using my Back button. It went from 105 votes to 115 votes. After it said 'Thank you for voting' I hit the back button and it allowed me to vote again. I watched the number jump. It thanked me again and I hit the Back button again. I did this ten times. I am not a hacker. I'm just a joe blow with Windows XP and Internet Explorer. Now, if I continue on to another page in the forum and return to this page in a few minutes it will not allow me to vote again in this category for a few days.
