When this movie started on cable,I was about to go to sleep, and then told myself "Watch a few minutes, see if you like it,and then watch it another day".I turned it off after 2 minutes.Although it's not right to pre-judge,it was clear that this is full of Larry's redneck humour.

Anyone remembering the hat that Larry wears? Well check this out: Larry's hat says, "Honky Tonk HTTP Tailgate Party".

[QUOTE/] Response from Head RAZZberry: I assume it comes from the fact that TV and cable repair guys often have an inch or more of their butt cracks peeking out above the top of their pants, and Larry features that same look in his stand-up routine...

Ah, of course. Mostly every guy who works as a TV or cable repair guy (and for sure a mechanic) always has an inch or more of their butt crack peeking out above the top of their pants. I'm just glad I'm not one of those guys!

Unfortunately, Larry didn't win the Worst Actor Razzie. But at least it was good to hear his response to being nominated: Here's a LINK to check it out...

Larry was a lot better as a stand up comedian. Like he was when he was part of the Blue Collar Comedy crew. One other member of Blue Collar Comedy, Jeff Foxworthy, is hosting a new reality show on FOX that's called Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? Who knows how that show will turn out.

Speaking of Larry, or Dan Whitney (his real name) I've grown up being a fan of the Blue Collar Comedy series. They had some funny stuff, as well as some un-funny stuff in Blue Collar Comedy. My question is how did Larry come to have the name Larry the Cable Guy? Is he supposed to be like one of those Cable people who connect Cable to people's houses? Just wondering...

Response from Head RAZZberry: I assume it comes from the fact that TV and cable repair guys often have an inch or more of their butt cracks peeking out above the top of their pants, and Larry features that same look in his stand-up routine...

Well, they haven't released a trailer for Delta Farce, but hopefully they will soon. So, Head RAZZ, you think Larry might get spotted for a Razzie for this year, 2007?

Ok, guys, check out this poster fir Delta Farce, Larry's latest film. It looks like it's spoofing off on Stanley Kubrick's Full Metal Jacket, well, the poster, that is.

Lionsgate Films' Delta Farce

I think they only give away Park Ranger souvenir badges. I don't really think they would give away those kinds of badges. If Health Inspectors really inspected your health, I just think that'd be too weird...

I guess Head RAZZ forgot to post the poster to this movie in the first post, but I think I'll do the honors.

Larry the Cable Guy stars in Lions Gate's Larry The Cable Guy: Health Inspector

One thing is how could they give anyone a badge? A gift badge actually, but that kind of badge?

The Mormons were'nt really popular in the beginning, they're now becoming more popular, even in Hollywood.

Guess what's next for Larry? That would be Delta Farce, which comes out May 11, 2007 nationwide. The film will also star Keith David, DJ Qualls, Bill Engvall, and Marisol Nichols. so, if it dows end up being a bad film, Larry might end up being on the Razzie nominating ballot for 2007.

Looks like I know what you mean about Larry not all the way to a certain degree, wetbandit.

Yes, Mater was one of the film's best characters, which redeems Larry to a certain degree (not all the way, though).

I thought Larry did a pretty good job playing the voice of Mater in Cars. Cars was one of the bast animated films ever made. I think Pixar has a way of making such good animated films.

Note to Larry: don't give up the stand up career...

He'll beat out Glen Jacobs (Kane) for Worst New Star for sure...
Comparing Uwe Boll's movies to a sack of horse manure will only get you sued by every fertilizer company in existence...
