I'm guessing it will get a limited release, (i.e. no red states).

I gotta tell you guys, I'm glad summers over, they had the stupidest reruns of INSIDE THE ACTORS' STUDIO. The two guests last week were Rosanne Barr and Jennifer Lopez. As an actor in training, my reaction was: " You mean I get to pickup acting tips from J-LO and Rosanne?!?! Wow HOLD ME THE (CENSORED) BACK!" Sunday they're rerunning Johnny Depp, at least he's a, you-know, GOOD actor...

Calling Jennifer Lopez an actor is like calling Emperor Bush a brain surgeon. She's a disgrace to us Latinos everywhere.

I really hated that Hilary Duff movie A PERFECT MAN. When will the Razzie committee recognize Hilary's horrible acting?!

THE PERFECT MAN opened with a $5.7 million weekend making it least expected earnings for any movies released during the summer. This saturated box-office dud will probably sink lower since its reviews and box-office results are even worse than last summer's Olsen Twins movie NEW YORK MINUTE. Fortunately for the Olsens, they received a comparably lighter criticism from the national reviews. (RottenTomatoes.com reports that they had received a 13% fresh rating whereas with Hilary it was a low 6%) The opening weekend for the Olsens did fairly well with a $6.2 million draw. Let's just hope that Hilary's movie will go down the drain with a less than $7.5 million overall earning!

Sorry to disappoint you, Hilary-Hater Jess, but PERFECT MAN has managed to gross $16,317,820 (as of 9/11/05) and is thus already ahead of NEW YORK MINUTE by just over $2 million.

To keep track of its on-going grosses, here the B.O. MoJo LINK for PERFECT MAN:

P.S. (for Hilary: Razzie!): Duff HAS been a Worst Actress RAZZIE ® Nominee, for both CINDERELLA STORY and RAISE YOUR VOICE in 2004. And, yes, she IS likely to be lisited on this year's Nominating Ballot for PERFECT MAN (and possibly CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN 2, due out at Christmastime)...If you wanna make sure she "wins," you MAY have to JOIN UP & VOTE!

Gee...Is Hilary Duff an updated version of Ally Sheedy...or Molly Ringwald?

Stallone was on Inside The Actors Studio. Is it just me, or could they (If they wanted to keep their credibility, which, let's face it, they threw away once they invited him) only talk about three of his movies to the actor hopefuls: The first Rocky, The First Rambo, and Cop-land?

I notice that the guy (the one Will Ferrell used to play) only asks about movies that were financial success. Uh, ok what about good movies?

James Lipton. I usually just watch these days to listen to him read off the list of awards they've been nominated for. It was funny to hear him do it for Kevin Costner: "  The Bodyguard, for which he recieved an MTV award nomination ( Me: And multiple Razzie nominations), Message in a Bottle For Which he recieved a Blockbuster award nomination ( And a Razzie and Hastings Society nomination)." Although I gotta commend Lipton for not mentioning his American Robin Hood.

Oh god, is that the one with, (ugh, can't bear to say it) Christian Slater?

If I were in that audience, I'd be like: "Yeah my name's Paul, second year directing. This is inside the Actor's studio right? what the hell are you doing in here?

Back on the subject of comic books, I think Kirsten Dunst said that Topher Grace is playing Eddie Brock/Venom. I think he's a good young actor, but (And I know Venom is probably gonna be computer-enhanced) Eddie Brock is supposed to be pretty pumped up ( Muscular). After watching American Psycho, I think that Christian Bale would make a perfect Venom. If Halle Berry can play heros for both comic franchises ( Storm and Catwoman). Why couldn't Bale play a Marvel villan? And for the record Batman Begins would have been almost the perfect Comic-book movie, if it wasn't for The-soon-to-be Mrs. Cruise. At least performance-wise.

Bruce Wayne/ Batman: Bale was the best Batman ever.

Alfred: Michael Caine was a joy to watch

Gordon: I left suprised with just how well Gary Oldman could play a good guy with morals. Great playing against type performance.

Supporting figures: Liam Neeson amazed me, It's great to see Rutger Hauer back, and Morgan Freeman was good, as always.

Villans: Wantanabe had an effective, brief performance. Wilkinson had fun with his gangster role, Cillian Murphy was a great Villan as the Scarecrow, I thought our " Mystery bad guy" was just as good.

Love Interest: ( Plane nosediving sound effect) Katie wasn't convincing as the Dark Knights love interest.

So, what's next? Green Lantern the movie?

Personally I think they should have the brotherhood of evil mutants in the next X-men movie. We can have WWE wrestler Paul Wight (The Big Show) as Blob and Stephen Dorff as Pyro. They've already introduced mystique and they've already picked a girl to play Kitty Pride.

Didn't they already introduce Pyro?
